Requirements
Temperament Test
- Because the safety and wellbeing of our guests is our number one priority, all dogs joining group play are required to participate in a temperament test.
- Reservations must be made in advance. Our Brookhaven &; Chastain locations do temperament testing every day except Fridays & Sundays. Our Downtown Roswell, East Roswell, Johns Creek and Smyrna locations do them every day except Sundays. We will not accept walk-ins.
- We require that the customer complete the online New Customer Registration form and provide us with a copy of your dog’s vaccines before the date of the temperament test.
- All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo and the H3N2 Canine Influenza Vaccine.
- Puppies must have completed all puppy rounds of Distemper/Parvo in addition to the other vaccines listed above.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months.
- All dogs must be current on flea, tick & heartworm treatment.
- Drop off for temperament testing during the week is anytime before 9am & pick up is anytime after 1:30pm.
- Drop off for temperament testing on Saturday is anytime before 9:30am & pick up is anytime after 1:30pm.
- We can not make any daycare or boarding reservations until your pup has completed and passed the temperament test.
Daycare
- All dogs must have have visited us within the year or they will need to redo a temperament test.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months.
- All dogs must be current on flea, tick & heartworm treatment.
- All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo & the H3N2 Canine Influenza Vaccine.
- All dogs must be dropped off before 12pm to ensure a safe play environment.
- Our Chastain & Brookhaven locations required daily daycare reservations.
- Our Downtown Roswell, East Roswell, Johns Creek and Smyrna locations only require daycare reservations the week of a major holiday. An email with exact dates will always be sent out in advance.
- Any stay longer than 15 minutes after we close will result in a $15 late fee. If 30 minutes after we close and owner is unreachable, we will change the dog into boarding.
Boarding
- All dogs must have have visited us within the year or they will need to redo a temperament test.
- All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months.
- All dogs must be current on flea, tick & heartworm treatment.
- All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo & the H3N2 Canine Influenza Vaccine.
- We strongly encourage all boarding dogs to be checked in by 4pm for their stay. This helps your pup adjust to our environment before settling in for the evening.
Sibling Discount Requirements
- Live in the same household.
- Have the same owner.
- Share a suite/apartment while boarding at Puppy Haven.
Grooming & Bathing Requirements
- All customers must be registered through our customer portal.
- All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella & the H3N2 Canine Influenza vaccine.
- All dogs must be current on flea, tick & heartworm treatment.
- Any stay longer than 5 hours will have a $15 extended stay fee added.

Upon successful completion of an evaluation day, your dog’s first night of lodging is FREE! First-time customers only.
