For all new pups, we require a temperament test. This is to introduce your dog(s) to our cage-free, open daycare environment to ensure they feel comfortable and are well suited for group play.

The Rundown:

  • The temperament test is complimentary, and your pup is welcome to stay and play all day!
  • You must make a reservation in advance for a temperament test. We take appointments Monday-Thursday and Saturday.  The Roswell location also takes temperament tests on Fridays. Spots fill up fast, so contact us to schedule your pup’s first day. No walk-ins, please.
  • We require that the customer complete the online New Customer Registration form and provide us with a copy of your dog's vaccines before the date of the temperament test.
  • We take the safety of all dogs very seriously.  Accordingly, to enter our facility, all dogs must be current on the following vaccines:
    • Rabies
    • Bordetella
    • Distemper/parvo (DHPP)
    • H3N2 Canine Influenza or Bivalent Influenza
  • Vaccine information may be e-mailed or faxed to the location where the temperament test is being conducted. Alternatively, you can upload a copy of the vaccines through the customer portal. We are required by the Department of Agriculture to have current vaccine records on file for all dogs in our facilities.
  • Puppies must have completed all rounds of the Distemper/Parvo vaccine in addition to the other vaccines listed above.
  • All dogs must be spayed or neutered by 8 months old.
  • All dogs must be current on flea, tick and heartworm treatment.
  • Drop off for Temperament Tests Monday- Friday is any time from 7am to 9am. Please note that the Chastain and Brookhaven locations do not perform temperament tests on Fridays.
  • Drop off for Temperament Tests on Saturdays is any time from 8am to 9:30am.
  • Temperament Tests must stay until 1:30pm so that we have adequate time to perform our evaluation. However, your pup is welcome to play with us the entire day!
  • We can not make boarding reservations until the Temperament Test is completed.

We have playroom webcams for your viewing pleasure to check in on your pup while at daycare.
