To access the portal, click here or click the link in the upper right hand of the website.
Please note that the customer portal is for existing customers only. If you are a new customer, click the Get Started tab for more information on registering your pup, including completing the online enrollment form.
There are so many things you can do on our customer portal! Follow the registration instructions (below) and make yourself familiar with all of the exciting features!
Customer Portal Features
- Make a reservation request.
- See deposits owed and pay online.
- View any receipts for past transactions associated with your account.
- View past and future reservations as well as cancel and confirm existing reservations. Note: to edit an existing reservation, you must call or e-mail Puppy Haven.
- Add or remove your credit card on file at your own convenience.
- View how many days are left in your daycare package.
- View and edit your own contact information at any time.
- Edit any of your pet’s information.
- Upload files, such as immunization records.
- Manage your communication preferences.
- Add pictures of your pets to their profile page.
Here is how to log in for the for the first time:
From the Puppy Haven website, click “Customer Portal” in the top right corner. As soon as you click the customer portal link you will be brought to this page:
If you are already an existing customer it is important to register using the e-mail address that you provided to Puppy Haven when you originally enrolled your dog(s). If you are not sure the email Puppy Haven has, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail and we can provide you with that information or update your e-mail that we have on file. Once entering your e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm and make a password. Follow the instructions in that e-mail to complete your registration and login.
Once the steps above are completed, you will be brought to your profile:
To make a reservation request for your dog(s):
- From the “My Reservations” tab, click “New Reservation.”
- Select which location your request is for, the reservation type, your dog(s) that will be coming to Puppy Haven, and the start/end dates.
- Please be sure the times of day you select are during normal business hours.
- On “Additional Services” please note if you would like your dog(s) to have a bath while at Puppy Haven.
- Add any notes (if necessary) then click “Save.”
- Boarding reservations require a 50% deposit. A reservation request will not be considered complete until the deposit has been paid.
- On the “My Reservations” tab, click “Deposits” to view all pending deposits. Click “Pay Deposit” to pay online and complete your reservation request.
- If a reservation request is denied because we are full, your full deposit will be refunded.
- On the “My Reservations” tab, click “Deposits” to view all pending deposits. Click “Pay Deposit” to pay online and complete your reservation request.
Other Features of the Customer Portal:
The “My Account” tab allows you to edit your contact information, upload new vaccine records, and change your card on file. You may also update your communication preferences here.
The “My Pets” tab allows you to edit your pet’s information and to add a new pet. If you do add a member to your family, be sure to set up a temperament test before making any reservation requests online.
We do not currently use the “Photo/Video” tab. Check Puppy Haven’s Facebook page or Instagram for pictures and videos of your pup playing at Puppy Haven!
The “My Reservations” tab is the best feature of the customer portal! Here you can view all confirmed, wait listed, ongoing, completed, and cancelled reservations. Click on completed reservations to view details of previous visits to Puppy Haven, including receipts.
Contact information and a contact form is available at the “Contact Us” tab.
